Sword Of Kahless is a specialty Negh'Var Class built especally for the Chancellor of the High Council.  It removes some of the standard cargo spaces to accodomate a smaller version of the High Council Chambers for when the Chancellor is away from Qo'noS.  The Sword Of Kahless also boasts stronger armor and shields than the standard Negh'Var.
